With over 20 years of racing and training
under my belt I bring the experience, knowledge and training skills to
help you become a better athlete. Currently I race in Category
2 on the road and I also race mountain bikes in the AMBC and NORBA
series races.
For many years I learned through trial and error and not fully
understanding the meaning of each workout or my annual plan. That was
frustrating. I am sure there are many cyclist in that exact position today as I
was in several years ago. My aim is to provide each athlete with an
assessment of their experience, skills and fitness. I will then develop a
plan to get you on track to better fitness, performance and results.
Whether you are a hard core racing cyclist or a recreational weekend
warrior, I can help you achieve your goals. This knowledge will benefit
cyclist of all abilities and ages, from beginner to professional. We will
help you develop the skills and fitness to reach your goals. |
| I look at each person as an individual. The needs of two people can be
completely different. This is why I develop training plans that are
specific to each athlete. There is not a one size fits all category when
it comes to coaching an athlete. Each program is customized. Some may have
full time jobs and family responsibilities that limit their training time.
We will make the best use of this time to achieve the best results. Others
are full time Pro or Category I/II athletes that train 18+ hours a week. I
will interview, profile and develop a plan that fits your personal
requirements. Communication is a key to success. E-mails, phone calls,
etc. are a daily option with us. Athlete feedback is very important and
we want to know how your day is going. |
