We coach using power meters such as Quarq, Powertap or SRM. We also coach using heart rate based training. If you are a user of heart rate only, don't fear. Until a few short years ago we all used heart rate or a method called perceived exertion for all of our training. The power meter is the ultimate tool, but heart rate training is still a very popular method. I prefer using a power meter, but either method that you choose is fine. We will design training for you based on your needs and your available equipment. Take a look at our "Coaching Options" to see what is right for you. We can custom tailor a plan to fit your budget and your needs.
